# Work on funnels as a team in a Funeli Workspace

> Invite colleagues to your Funeli Workspace, choose owner or member roles, and work together on the same projects, funnels, themes and analytics.

A Funeli Workspace is your team's shared space. Everyone in it works on the same projects, funnels, themes and analytics, whether they use the editor or their own AI agent, and every change lands in the same revision history.

## Invite colleagues

**1. Open Members**

Open the Workspace settings and choose **Members**. Only owners can invite and manage members.

**2. Send an invite**

Enter the colleague's email and choose a role. Funeli sends an invite link by email. You can resend or revoke a pending invite.

**3. The colleague joins**

The invite link opens a page where they sign in or create an account with the invited email. They then land in your Workspace.

## Roles

| Role | Can do |
| - | - |
| **Member** | Build and edit funnels, themes and prices, preview and publish funnels, view analytics and run experiments. |
| **Owner** | Everything a member can do, plus manage payment connections, ad pixels, analytics and app integrations, projects, Workspace settings, members and invites. |

A Workspace always keeps at least one owner. Owners can change a member's role or remove a member.

## Working on the same funnel

* Everyone edits the same draft. Each change is saved as a revision, so you can see what changed and restore an earlier version.
* Each person can connect their own AI agent. An agent acts as the person who connected it, with that person's role.
* Use preview links to review a draft with colleagues, and share links for people outside the Workspace; see [Build and publish a funnel](https://docs.funeli.top/guides/build-and-publish.md#share-a-draft).

## Several Workspaces

You can belong to several Workspaces, for example your own and a client's. Switch between them with the Workspace and project control at the top of the sidebar. An AI agent connection works in the Workspace you approved when you connected it.
